Length of experience
The company was registered on 29th March 1984 and before this date was trading as Arrow Rubber Stamp Co.
and has an experience of over 60 years in the manufacture of rubber stamps.
Quality, training and experience of management
At present there are two directors of the company, Mrs. Rina Bhavin Parmar and myself Mr. Bhavin
Ashok Parmar, B. Eng. (Hons.)
I , Bhavin A. Parmar am involved with corporate client sales and marketing. Mrs. Rina B. Parmar is involved
with small-scale clients and production.
Employees
At present, the company has three additional employees.
a) Andrew Asena Mukhovi is the messenger.
b) David Ndung’u Wambui is the graphics designer.
c) Eunice Muthoni Kirubi is the marketing consultant.

We are committed to providing branded products and services which consistently offer value in terms of
price and quality.
Procurement Policy
At present we stock the COLOP range of date stamps and self-inking stamps. COLOP products are
manufactured in Austria and are ISO 9001 certified products. The rubber is also purchased from United
Kingdom and is also ISO 9001 certified. This has been done so as to ensure that the customer gets the best
quality products. We also manufacture brass, plastic and wooden mount stamps. We also stock Nowo plastic
mounts and these are manufactured in Austria. Our inks are procured from Germany and are the Noris brand.
Relevant experience
Our clientele include Banks, Non-Government Organisations (NGO’s), Hotels, Large International and Local
Firms, Stationers and Printers amongst others.
