1.0 Why you should attend this workshop
Crisis and disaster preparedness in Kenya are becoming a priority for every organization with every workplace required to invest both in physical deterrent measures and upgrading of employee’s skills at the same. This therefore calls for a holistic knowledge and skill-based expertise on crisis and disaster management at the workplace.  To carry out common risk assessment and vulnerability analysis
 To understand the basic skills in countering terrorism at the workplace.

 The workplace safety and disaster management checklist
 The workplace vulnerability and risk assessment
 Innovative planning and policy implementation
 Counter-Terrorism – Towards a Safe Workplace
 Managing Stress at the Workplace – Psychological & Physiological Crisis at the workplace
 Formulation of workplace loss prevention programme
 Role of ICT in disaster management
 Communication skills for disaster preparedness
