Crisis and disaster preparedness in Kenya are becoming a priority for every organization with every workplace required to invest both in physical deterrent measures and upgrading of employee’s skills at the same. This therefore calls for a holistic knowledge and skill-based expertise on crisis and disaster management at the workplace. This Workshop, therefore intends to address the challenges in enhancing knowledge and skills on crisis and disaster management themed “Enhancing Crisis and Disaster Preparedness at the Workplace”. Dr. Lango also has vast knowledge in safety management having qualifications in workplace risk management, environmental management and incident command system
